I was referred to Dr. Jackson to have a failed implant removed that I had placed over 10 years ago by a general dentist. Even though I knew logically it needed to be done, and I was tired of dealing with the pain and infection, I was extremely nervous and dreading it. Dr. Jackson and his assistants were all gentle, patient, and respectful with me and the care I received was excellent. I didn't feel a thing and I didn't even need to take ibuprofen after! I have hardly any swelling or soreness. I'm beyond happy with my care and recovery and happy to be moving forward with my treatment with someone who I feel comfortable and confident with.

THIS WAS MY 4TH SURGERY WITH DR JACKSON AND I WOULDN'T DREAM OF HAVING ANYONE ELSE TAKING CARE OF MY LONG-TERM IMPLANT GOALS. DR. JACKSON SPENT A LOT OF TIME DISCUSSING MY COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT PLAN WITH MY DENTIST. THE TREATMENT PLAN HE PRESCRIBED WAS VERY THOROUGH AND AFFORDABLE. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING EVERY ASPECT OF CARE AND REASSURED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. HIS SURGICAL TEAM IS PHENOMENAL. THEY WORK IN COMPLETE HARMONY AND VERY OBVIOUSLY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF. I AM SO THANKFUL TO BE RECEIVING CARE IN THIS OFFICE.

My oral surgeon, Dr. Brian Jackson was terrific. After x-ray were taken, he explained all the points to consider before my wisdom tooth was extracted. During the extraction Dr. Jackson and his assistant made sure I was comfortable. After the extraction His assistant explained what I could expect post-op. Follow up appoint was made. The day after surgery, the office called me to ensure all was going well and if I had any questions. After 10 days, I went in for follow up and all was good. It is now a month out from surgery and my gum is completely healed up.....Good Job Dr. Jackson

Our teenage son had 4 wisdom teeth removed and procedure went quickly. Recuperation was remarkable and staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. My husband and I were very pleased. We would recommend this doctor to others for wisdom teeth removal.

The receptionist was helpful and friendly. In previous calls, the service was lacking. Dr. Jackson was very rude when he walked in to talk to us after the surgery. Apparently they need to specify about cell phones in recovery vs. a tiny sign on the wall that wasn’t noticeable. I wouldn’t go back.

Abbey had her wisdom teeth removed and the whole process was very easy. The staff was very kind and compassionate. She felt at ease. She said she didn't even remember the IV being put in. The next day, she was up and around with very little pain. It was an excellent experience!

I hav been helped with my issue very professionally. Everyone is nice. But after a coupla rounds of magic mouthwash, I've only had pictures taken of my mouth and after two yrs of this my lesions on my tongue hav been gone for almost a year! They keep calling me to come back in? They even sent me a registered letter too? I called and told them that everything is cool and that I don't need any further help and that I wont be making another apt-bc I'm fine. They called me back the next day!? Well doc wants to see u... I live 40mins away and I don't drive bc I hav much BIGGER problems. I've been offa steroids for 6months. I can't afford any more apts. I hav four other docs. I wud come back if issue reoccured. But im good for now. They were totally great in all ways. BUT PLEASE STOP CALLING ME AND SENDING ME REGISTERED LETTERS BC, IM NOT COMING BACK IN!!!

My impacted wisdom tooth had been "sleeping" for 50 years and over those years all dentists I used said the same thing, " It is in a bad spot and we do not want to go after it." Thus my apprehension level was high. Dr. Jackson was upfront and professional and told me he could do it, and yes, it was in a tough spot. He eased my apprehension and I went for the procedure. Here I am less that 24 hrs later and doing great and l feel good. Thanks Doc!

I required treatment to remove an implant placed by another doctor. Dr. Jackson was able to fix the problem immediately. He was very thorough and took the time to address my concerns. My surgery was amazing! The healing process was a breeze. I feel so relieved to have found such a great doctor and staff that take the time to provide the highest level of care. Trust me.... they're not all like this! I would recommend Dr. Jackson and his team without reservation!

I am so relieved to have had an awesome first experience, since I am undergoing the journey of tooth extraction, bone grafting, jaw reconstruction, and eventual tooth implant. Everything is impeccably attended to, including the research to find out what has worked well in my past since my records are in storage. Dr. Jackson and staff are the BEST!

I know this won't be true for everyone, but I was diligent about icing for the first 24 hours and took a few pain pills during that time. After the 24 hours I have experienced no pain and no swelling. I think they did a very professional job and I could not be more happy.

Based on this poor customer service experience I would not want to come here for service and I definitely would not put my daughter in the care of people like that. Its too bad one person can ruin the image of a whole office by being a sour grape.

Great office. Very nice especially when I went back. The nurse was very chatty with me and helped distract me. They were very gentle when they put the needle into my hand. I had a great experience.

This was the first time I've ever been put under, had any kind of surgery or even had an iv. Everyone from the doctor to the lady at the front desk was so nice and understanding. It helped a lot with my anxiety. I was nervous to the point of tears, and they were so understanding and caring and just wonderful. I don't think I could have gone through with it (no matter how much I needed it) if not for them. My boyfriends friend (who also happens to be his orthodontist) highly recommended I come here, and now I know why.

All of the OSA staff was extremely kind, especially the day of my surgery. I was very nervous and they all made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the check-up call from the after-care nurse the day after my surgery. It shows that you go above and beyond to show concern and care for your patients. Thank you!!

Dr. Jackson and his staff were excellent and I would and have recommended them to anyone needing oral surgery. They were very comforting and my fear was calmed the minute I walked in. They took care of my daughter about ten years ago and many of the staff are still the same. This says a lot about Dr. Jackson's office and the quality of their work. I was a nervous wreck concerning my son's wisdom teeth removal. The staff picked up on it and made every effort to keep me informed and ease my mind. Nurse Anne was wonderful to me as a worried parent and exceptionally helpful to my son. I wish I'd had Dr. Jackson when my wisdom teeth were removed years ago. He did a great job in a very short amount of time. His chair side manner was very professional with the perfect amount warmth.
